Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept NHS patients?
We are a private practice and do not offer NHS treatment. However, our fees are competitive and we offer flexible finance options.
How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend a check-up every 6 months and a hygiene appointment at least once a year. Your dentist may suggest more frequent visits based on your oral health.
Is Invisalign suitable for adults?
Absolutely. Invisalign is popular with adults because the clear aligners are discreet and removable. We treat patients in their 20s through to their 60s.
How long do dental implants last?
With proper care, dental implants can last 20+ years or even a lifetime. They require the same maintenance as natural teeth: brushing, flossing, and regular check-ups.
Do you offer sedation for nervous patients?
Yes, we offer conscious sedation for patients with dental anxiety. This helps you stay relaxed and comfortable during treatment.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer 0% finance on treatments over £1,000, with flexible payment terms from 6 to 24 months.
How do I book an emergency appointment?
Call our emergency line on 020 7123 4599. We prioritize urgent cases and will see you the same day if possible.
What if I have not been to the dentist in years?
Do not worry — we see this all the time. We will carry out a gentle, thorough examination and create a treatment plan at your own pace. No judgment, just care.
